Newzopia provides a personalized, location-aware news experience delivered via high-fidelity Text-to-Speech (TTS) technology. Our Service uses advanced algorithms to cluster news stories and filter content based on your location and preferences.

2. User Accounts and Security

Authentication: To access the Service, you must sign in using Google Authentication.

Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Newzopia stores your profile and preferences in our private database to personalize your experience.

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use this Service.

3. Subscription Tiers and Monetization

We offer both free and paid subscription tiers to enhance your listening experience.

Free Tier: Includes standard news briefings with intermittent audio advertisements.

Premium Tiers: Users may subscribe for access to premium tiers at a set subscription fee.

Payments: All subscription payments are processed through Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. There is no refund entertained for subscription payments in any case.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Source Attribution: Newzopia aggregates content from various global and regional RSS feeds.

AI Summarization: We use AI to generate micro-summaries and audio scripts. Users acknowledge that these summaries are derivatives intended for convenience and do not replace the original source material.

Usage Limits: You may not scrape, redistribute, or use the audio generated by Newzopia for commercial purposes without an Enterprise license and explicit approval from Newzopia.

5. Location-Based Services

By using the Service, you agree to allow us to use your location data to provide hyper-local news and relevant local advertisements. You can manage location permissions through your mobile device settings at any time.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass any “Already Heard” filters or duplicate detection systems.
• Use the Service to transmit or record copyrighted audio without permission.
• Reverse-engineer any part of the system's architecture.
• Gain access to unauthorized parts of the system or data.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, Newzopia does not guarantee the veracity of the news reports provided by third-party RSS feeds or the AI-generated summaries.

Service Availability:We provide the Service “as is.” While we use robust mechanisms to provide a highly available service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime.

Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Newzopia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data and private database information without sharing it with third parties.
